Chizoba Ezeala is the visionary Founder and Trustee of the Chizzy Pearl Foundation. Inspired by her roots in Imo State, Nigeria, she dedicated her life to lifting widows, orphans, and vulnerable families out of extreme poverty. Chizoba established the foundation under Certificate of Incorporation No. 9529047 to address key humanitarian pillars: nutritional distribution, educational sponsorship, and grassroots healthcare. She manages the strategic direction of our charity, coordinating closely between field agents and international resources. Chizoba actively leads community feeding drives and funds scholarships for underprivileged children in remote African villages.
Adebowale Oyenpemi serves as a Trustee of the Chizzy Pearl Foundation, managing strategic operations, partner relations, and fundraising campaigns in Canada and Nigeria. Based in Ottawa. Prince Adebowale is a Construction Team Manager, and Logistics Business Developer. He is the Managing Director of Lagos-based Gidemans Nigeria Limited with a branch in Ottawa, Canada. He oversees administrative compliance, financial audits, and donor outreach. Adebowale coordinates directly with the founder to ensure resources are routed with zero administrative waste. He delivers all the operations to provide tailored shipping, warehousing, and fulfillment solutions from Canada to Nigeria. Adebowale's transparency helps secure crucial partnerships globally.
Jovita Ezeala is a secretary of the Chizzy Pearl Foundation, coordinating administrative processes, volunteer rosters, and community outreach logistics. Based at our Owerri head office, Jovita utilizes her background in business administration to maintain clean records of donations, inquiry logs, and meeting minutes. She serves as the primary point of contact for prospective volunteers, managing training schedules and local assignments. Jovita coordinates the complex logistics of our food distributions, mapping delivery routes and organizing cargo packages. Her communication skills and passion keep our volunteer network engaged and inspired on projects.
Mrs Augusta Emmanuel is a Trustee of the Chizzy Pearl Foundation, providing counsel, regulatory compliance checks, and corporate protection. As a Barrister specializing in human rights and charity law, Mrs Emmanuel ensures that the foundation meets all regulatory requirements in Nigeria and Canada, overseeing our corporate structures and tax guidelines (TIN 2621633745683). Augusta represents the organization in contracts, partnerships, and legal declarations. She runs Augusta Emmanuel Chambers in Owerri, advising the board on governance. Augusta offers direct mentorship to volunteers, assuring donors of the foundation's complete legal compliance and integrity.
Our main administrative headquarters is located at No. 5 Madubuine Street, Grace Land Estate, Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria. This facility serves as the primary hub for all field operations, cargo warehousing, volunteer coordination, and grassroots relief campaigns. The office is open daily to handle local community outreach actions and coordinate distribution schedules.
Our Canadian administrative liaison office is situated at 914-2975 Albion Road North, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. This office manages international donor relations, diaspora partnerships, and foreign relief logistics. It coordinates resources and secures partnerships with trusted USA and Canadian humanitarian organizations to expand outreach impact.
